In honor of Lincoln's birthday, The Illinois Bar  Association (IBA) is donating 4-volume sets of Lincoln's law papers to one library in each county and Belleville Public Library is one of the recipients.  John O'Brien, president of the IBA  will be here at 9 AM on Lincoln's birthday to present the books.
